The personnel is amicable. Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the city.

The food here is delicious and exceptional, we really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this place.

Helpful stuff, the hotel is fairly clean and location particularly good and marvellous. The room is fairly quiet and with central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. There is a lot of outstanding food for breakfast. When we visit Birlad, like staying here...

The city view was a bonus. It was only a short distance to Birlad city center. Very clean rooms and TV, ironing facilities and an electronic key card included...

Friendly and helpful staff ensured a warm welcome upon arrival. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the heart of the city. We were pleased to find that the food served at the hotel was of great quality, with a variety of options to choose from.

the bathroom in our room had a unpleasant odor and the bathtub drainage was faulty.

This place is great value for the prices found in the area.

We loved staying at this hotel for several reasons. It's conveniently located near the center of the city and just off the main road junction with parking. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the place. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was a good traditional meal.

The hotel's location was fantastic, it was right in the heart of the city and close to all the tourist attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is a bit dated, and some of the fixtures and fittings in the room could do with an upgrade, especially the bathroom sink. , the breakfast could have been better.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were more than helpful and very friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The hotel was clean as a whistle, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the good quality sheets and good light in the bathroom. The location was also ideal, right in the center of town.

They assisted us with our luggage and gave us recommendations about local attractions.
